I know there's plenty of feedback on other forums but if anyone has anything more to add, please can you post it here? Thanks! :)

The event itself was great. Perhaps a little too much work for me personally (that is to turn up in any sort of official capacity), so maybe if I turn up to one of these sort of things again, I'll just bring myself and leave the retro junk at home.

How much was raised for charity in the end?

Regards,

Shaun.

I haven't worked it out exactly yet, but around £2000 :D

I know how you feel btw, I think I'd like to just go to one of these events without taking a car/van full of kit sometime...

I always thought about doing that, but I just can't help myself ..... I find it compulsory to take some retro kit.

btw. It was an excellent event Mat, I really enjoyed myself (despite not winning the fighting contest)

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the event. Loved the blue mame cabinet. Gonna try and sweet talk the wife into getting one. Also enjoyed the schmup competition and I came 2nd. Well done to Rob who won the competition. See you for the rematch!. Thanks again to mat and all the people who set up and organised a great 2 days x please have another one next year, I'll be first in line to buy a ticket!
